Space Echo

The brief outline was to create a front cover and two double page spreads for Space Echo by Analog Africa. I drew the illustrations and title typography in Procreate, using InDesign for formatting and text.

Afrofuturism was a huge source of inspiration for this project, particularly Sun Ra’s cosmic jazz and album art. I was also greatly inspired by sci fi film posters, comics and the pyschedelia movement.
