Prints

The project was to illustrate an extract from Haroun and the Sea of Stories by Salman Rushdie in comic form. Using the ‘multiply’ filter on Procreate, I tested contrast and how colours would overlay in my riso print. I think the unpredictability of the printing process is what really brought my work to life.

This was an alternate iteration of the storyline, where I used a combination of watercolour paints and coloured pencils, before adding any final details with digital media.
